As a Retail Specialist I come from a background of multi site roles within the retail industry both within sales and learning and development. Most recently I was a State Sales Account Manager for a furniture and homewares wholesaler. My varied experience has given me the skill set to establish their key areas of improvement within a retail business and to provide management solutions whilst still remaining true to the business 'key goals and brand identity.
My Retail Support service is varied with the key goal of adding value to your business. If you are an existing business, I can implement and develop your business’ key goals whilst offering a range of solutions to your day to day obstacles. I will complete a SWOT analyses of your business with a focus of your business’ local area to establish your market position. I will focus on, product, merchandising, sales techniques, day to day costings, social media and marketing campaigns.
For a New Store Set Up, I will provide you with assistance from planning the space for fixtures through to the buying and merchandising of product. My focus includes, analysing your store SQM to ensure maximum projected sales, focus on your business‘ local area to establish your market position, draft a fixture and store plan with product placement taken into consideration and assist in sourcing and then present fixtures and fittings for the store. Once the store is open, I will offer further on the shop floor sales and over the phone support.
